One Naming Collective. Two Seasoned Founders.
The founders of Albert Dali come from diverse backgrounds.
What brought us together was advertising and what holds us together is our passion for naming.
We are simple, no-nonsense folks who hate to beat around the bush. Here's the lowdown on the two of us...
Anantha Narayan
If role play is what life is all about, then Anantha has lived quite a life. He’s a Mining
Engineer turned XLRI Grad turned Sales Manager turned Account Executive turned
Copywriter turned Short Filmmaker turned Blogger turned Namer. Fluent in English,
Tamil and Hindi, Anantha is also a die-hard trivia hunter, quizzer and has acute
interests in mythology, etymology and brand history. After doing time at top-notch
ad agencies he co-founded 1pointsize, the creative hotshop based out of Chennai.
His foray into neologism saw the launch of Wordmint – the blog that has minted
over 1000 newly coined words. Currently, he also authors a naming column in The New Indian Express, called Nama Sutra.

Muralidharan PC
The right brain of Albert Dali, Murali, wanted to be a rock star. The unwavering
determination is seen best, when he plays his few chords and 12 songs. Apart
from that, his love for arts saw him through his Masters in Literature & Media
and later as an advertising copywriter he pursued his interests with words.
Having built brands across categories, Murali is proficient with English, Tamil,
Malayalam and Hindi. An avid movie buff, he plans to work on a screenplay,
rather soon. Murali is married to a Marcom Consultant, has a demanding child
and is at the moment practicing the opening chords of ‘Hallowed be thy name’.
